Reservations are best made in person on the day of the event. Please be sure to print the email you recieve from PayPal so you can bring it with you when you visit us, as it will serve as your reciept! You will need to have your receipt in order to recieve tickets when you arrive. Refund Policy: The Salem Wax Museum Inc. and all its affiliate companies will issue refunds in cases of natural disasters or safety emergencies. We do not issue refunds based on missed presentation times or tour content. In the case of our haunted attractions we wish our patrons to know that it is our goal to scare; we will not issue refunds due to attractions being too scary. |
